INFORMATION FOR PARENTS

As we are in a new school year pupils will need brand new consent forms in order for them to take part in the activities.  The consent forms are important as this is what gives us emergency contact information and lets us know that you as parent/guardian knows that your child is taking part in E3 activities.  If you do not have a programme to hand, you can print off a consent form from the website (Please see links on left)

Primary Schools

Young people in year 6 of cluster primary schools will be able to attend E3 sessions during the Summer terms.  Further information will be available from your primary schools around this time.  If you have any questions about E3 provision in the meantime please do not hesitate to contact the E3+ Coordinator, Lisa Mitchell on 01443 735987.

Young people from out of area

Is your child from out of the Ferndale cluster area? Are they interested in some of the activities that E3 in Ferndale Community School has on offer?  No problem!  Just give us a ring and let us know what activity they wish to take part in.  (Please note that pupils from out of area will need to make their own way to the school and will also need to bring a completed consent form to their first session)

Adult Sessions

Adult classes are occassionally offered through E3.  Further information will be provided on the Adult classes section of the website.

Community Activities

E3 runs activities in community venues.  These activities are listed on the E3 timetable.  For further information you can either contact the E3 office on 01443 735987 or the community venue where the activity is being held.  Please ensure that your child takes a completed consent form to the first session that you attend.
